Successful product launch for Adenso #Happyclients
For Adenso Industrial Services GmbH, we introduced the IIoT service solution EquipmentCloud® as a central service and customer portal for digital system monitoring and management of multiple Adenso solutions. Adenso is a manufacturer of various equipment, such as the Wafer Handling Robots (WHR) and other automation solutions for the special machine engineering and semiconductor industries.
We had the common goals of the project in mind:
- The development and maintenance of an online library for knowledge documentation for the systems in the different areas and their application as data exchange servers was created.
- Costumer loyalty was also increased significantly.
- The Adenso.ToolCloud was supposed to serve as a data exchange server from the project start to the final acceptance of the systems in order to view, download and update current software revisions, to-do lists, work statuses and necessary documents at any time.

The specific challenges of Adenso were diverse. Data from almost 70 identical systems had to be integrated and the monitoring had to be set up according to throughput-relevant system parameters. Our new EquipmentCloud® was introduced in this context . Thanks to the cloud-based central platform for machines and the associated service processes, machine and equipment manufacturers are supported and can make their work more efficient.
With the freely selectable apps, relevant equipment data can be documented, managed and evaluated by a Cluster/Implanter, Sorter and Tester WHR. The results speak for themselves!
Thanks to the eight-hour introductory workshop, the Adenso was facilitated to create the nearly 70 systems independently and to learn how to maintain the Adenso.ToolCloud with relevant data step by step. The continuous and constructive feedback rounds with the EquipmentCloud® development team significantly simplified data integration and data maintenance.
The evaluation accuracy and acceptance for commissioning have improved for the end customer and by bundling all relevant information in one place, a time and cost saving of 30 % was achieved for commissioning. In addition, communication with customers and project partners has also been significantly improved.
