Remote Service and Support is a service that is used for training, maintenance, repair, trouble shooting for immediate assistance from a distance in service. Customers with acute problems can be supported immediately by means of interactive video telephony via smartphone or data glasses on site at the machines or plant. The service can be provided 24/7 and prevents long downtimes, waiting times and high travel costs and enables a fast turnaround time and high customer satisfaction. With the integrated Remote Assistance app from our cooperation partner Bitnamic, machine builders can offer this service to their customers web-based or via the mobile device.
