This involves pre-processing, assembly and in-house testing (Factory Acceptance Test / FAT) as well as installation and setup and final acceptance at the customer's site (Site Acceptance Test / SAT). In the course of the process, a number of tasks and to-dos arise. In addition, time and efficiency gains can be realized through standardized processes, clearly defined tasks and end-to-end transparency for all parties involved.
