Highlights from the Maintenance 2020

Published on February 18, 2020

This year our team was represented at the Maintenance in Dortmund for the first time. The leading trade fair for industrial maintenance turned out to be a promising platform for personal talks with industry experts from the fields of service, development, production and business development in mechanical and system engineering. In Dortmund, we tried to answer four central questions with and for the trade fair visitors at Maintenance 2020 and to derive very individual recommendations for action for each of them:

  1. Do you and your customers speak the same language?
  2. Do your service staff travel too often?
  3. Do your customers still buy the spare parts from you?
  4. Do you want to retain your customers for the long term?

With our customer and service portal - EquipmentCloud® - for medium-sized mechanical and system engineering companies, we specifically answer these questions and offer users a future-proof, digital service platform that continues to develop in an agile and customer-centric manner. Operators and manufacturers of machines and equipment keep an eye on their machine data from anywhere at any time and can use it as the basis for new after-sales and business models. With the EquipmentCloud® machine and equipment manufacturers can dive into their untapped potential very specifically and increase their service efficiency, avoid unproductive working hours, gain a deep understanding of products and build up and document the expert knowledge of employees in a sustainable manner.

Next year we will be at the Maintenance again and exchange ideas with you about your current topics.
